A recognized authority on olive growing, with 48 years of experience in the field, Pannelli will answer a series of questions\u2014including from the audience\u2014in a sort of talk show that will comprehensively address the techniques involved in a fundamental part of olive grove management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe position ourselves,\u201d he explains, &#8220;and I speak in the plural because the School&#8217;s trainers are also involved, as an interface between the world of science and olive growers, providing concrete examples that are not the result of opinions, but proven solutions, in short, the most advanced knowledge applied to olive trees in what we believe to be the best approach. We hope that every olive grower will understand the importance of training and growth, because only by investing in knowledge can they derive real satisfaction from their work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In an era of climate change, new aggressive plant diseases, and with the fly remaining a central problem, knowing how to manage an olive grove correctly and promptly allows olive growers not only to save a lot of time and money, but also to maintain a healthy, productive plant, escaping the growing and widespread temptation to abandon it.<\/p>\n<p>With the polyconic pot as the beacon of olive growing that aims to strike the right balance between the physiological needs of the plant and the economic needs of the olive grower, Giorgio Pannelli&#8217;s meeting will be open to anyone who wishes to attend, free of charge, as is admission to the fair.<\/p>\n<p>And it is at the fair that you will find the latest solutions for olive groves and oil mills, with over 200 exhibitors presenting
