CELLAR 4.0: ASSOENOLOGI TO CONFERENCE AT ENOLIEXPO OF BARI

ALSO THE OENOLOGISTS WILL BE ACTIVE PROTAGONISTS AT ENOLIEXPO IN BARI FOR AN ALL-AROUND COMPARISON ON THE TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE WINERY

The Interregional Association which brings together Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria, has in fact chosen the professional review of machinery and equipment for the wine and olive oil supply chains (scheduled at the Nuova Fiera del Levante from February 21st to 23rd) to organize a strong conference topical: technological innovation 4.0: from pressing to bottling. The appointment is for the final day of EnoliExpo, Saturday February 23rd, beginning at 12.00.

Explains the president of the inter-regional oenologists’ association Massimiliano Apollonio: “We considered this event to be important to give our contribution to the presentation of news for members and wine producers. Industry 4.0 is now a mandatory step also for those wineries that intend to maintain high standards of quality and competitiveness on the markets. The goal we set ourselves is to put winemakers in the condition to know, from the voice of authoritative experts in the field, how to develop these processes and harmonize them to improve the performance of the winery. Precisely for this reason we will also invite wine producers to the meeting so that they can become aware of the opportunities that technological innovation can offer today “.

To strengthen the theme of agro-industry 4.0 at EnoliExpo, with a presentation of successful cases history on “sensor connected to intelligent plants”, it will also be a presentation by the Chamber of Commerce of Bari. In this case the appointment is at 12.00 on Friday 22nd, always in one of the congress halls set up in the New Pavilion of the Nuova Fiera del Levante.
