Technology, Innovation and International: Enoliexpo 2026 concludes successfully and looks ahead to 2028
The 7th edition of Enoliexpo, the international trade show dedicated to technologies for the olive and olive oil, wine and winemaking, and brewing sectors, concluded with great success. The event took place from March 19 to 21, 2026, at the Fiera del Levante in Bari.
An event that, edition after edition, strengthens its role on the national and international scene, establishing itself as a benchmark for innovation and dialogue among industry professionals. In this context, Bari reaffirms its status as a strategic hub for technological development in the Mediterranean.
The figures for the 2026 edition reveal significant growth: a total of 278 brands were present, spread across an exhibition area of over 17,000 square meters between the New Pavilion and the Outdoor Area. Noteworthy is the geographical balance of Italian companies, with Central and Southern Italy accounting for 63% of exhibitors and Northern Italy showing steady growth to 37%. The international contribution was also significant, with foreign brands making up 18% of the total and the participation of operators
from North Africa, Greece, Turkey, and the Balkans, despite the complex geopolitical landscape.
Over the course of the three-day event, approximately 10,000 industry professionals explored the numerous technological solutions on display: machinery for olive groves and vineyards, field digitization systems, innovations in processing at oil mills and wineries, as well as technologies for packaging, bottling, labeling, and packaging. The event also featured the brewing sector with Beertech, a section dedicated to craft beer technology.
Significant attention was also given to training and professional development: over 30 events, including conferences, workshops, and technical meetings, took place in the two conference halls and at the Puglia Region’s booth, featuring contributions from leading experts, researchers, university professors, and the involvement of trade associations. Key themes included innovation in the field, the efficiency of production processes, and the development prospects of supply chains.
The final assessment is therefore extremely positive: Enoliexpo has reaffirmed itself as a highly specialized, dynamic, and constantly evolving trade show, capable of meeting the needs of an increasingly competitive and innovation-oriented market.
Building on these results, Enoliexpo renews its biennial schedule and looks forward to welcoming exhibitors and visitors in March 2028 for a new edition even richer in content, technologies, and opportunities.
