Giorgio Pannelli announces his presence at the EnoliExpo fair in Bari (March 19-21) for a meeting organized by the Olive Tree Pruning School that bears his name. A recognized authority on olive growing, with 48 years of experience in the field, Pannelli will answer a series of questions—including from the audience—in a sort of talk show that will comprehensively address the techniques involved in a fundamental part of olive grove management.

“We position ourselves,” he explains, “and I speak in the plural because the School’s trainers are also involved, as an interface between the world of science and olive growers, providing concrete examples that are not the result of opinions, but proven solutions, in short, the most advanced knowledge applied to olive trees in what we believe to be the best approach.
